Job Description



This Custodial position is the night shift. You would come in after events like Jazz Basketball, Bees Baseball, Concerts, etc. and help clean the arena or ballpark. Champion the company's Mission and Vision, and model the company Values.

Primary Duties:


* Picking up and hauling trash left in the arena by the patrons
* Mopping, Sweeping, wiping down the chairs
* Cleaning restrooms
* All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Experience working in fast-paced environment.
* Customer Service--the individual understands his/her role in providing service.
* Oral Communication--the individual clearly identifies and expresses issues in positive or negative situations.
* Planning/Organizing--the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
* Quality--the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
* Dependability--the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
* Safety and Security--the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

* Ability to stand, bend and lift
* Must be able to be on feet during entire shift
* Must be able to go up and down steep stairs
* This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally
* This person must be able to lift 30 lbs.
