Job Summary:

Is Facebook's advertising platform your favorite place to spend your spare time? Do leads flowing in make you giddy? Are custom audiences your jam? Do you thrive on figuring out the best way to reach a company's target audience and making it happen? Utah's premier advertising agency has an opening that encompasses all of these things.

As Saxton Horne's paid social media specialist, you'll be responsible for working with clients and social media specialists to plan, execute, optimize, and report on social media ads on a monthly basis. You'll need to generate leads, engage with target audiences, and mingle with people throughout every touchpoint of the customer journey. You'll work with the analytics team to report on monthly reports, traditional media team to ensure cross-channel brand consistency, and account team to plan monthly.

Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed at this job, you'll need to be a strategic thinker that can build an action plan and then carry out every step to fruition. The ability to work with others and turn their goals into social media advertising campaigns is a must. You'll be in the weeds of the advertising platforms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter all day, every day. Experiments with new tactics are welcomed as we're always striving to be ahead of the curve for our clients. We don't need you to just be able to speak ads, we need to you put KPIs and ROI into terms that make sense for the business you're working with.


* One to three years of experience in executing paid social media marketing campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of the advertising platforms of all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
* Expertise in all Facebook paid campaigns, including conversion and offline conversion campaigns, lead generation ads, and video views campaigns.
* Strong ability to turn client goals into an ad strategy and carry out tactics needed to make these campaigns successful.
* Execute paid social campaigns, optimize daily, and report results.
* Experience working with multiple budgets and optimizing spend for strategy.
* Ability to articulate ads and latest innovations to clients and pitch the latest innovations in ties to how it'll benefit their business.
* Google Analytics certified is not required, but a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in automotive not required, but a plus.
* Understanding of traditional advertising is a plus.
* Works well in a fast-paced and team environment.
* Positive energy.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple products.

Physical Requirements


* Ability to work in an open layout agency setting.
* Required to be in-office during established business hours.
* Regularly required to sit for long periods of time.
