Primary Responsibilities:

* The Outside Sales Representative is expected to:
* Protect the legal, financial and moral well being of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies;
* Achieve sales gross profit goals and effective maintenance of order flow to develop business and ensure accurate, cost effective and timely handling of customer returns which achieves cost efficiencies and customer satisfaction;
* Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful;
* Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service

Reportsto: Outside Parts Sales Manager Primary Duties:

Ensure maximumproductivity, customer service and cost control.

* Adhere to Larry H. Miller sales process to achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of the Larry H. Miller dealership's services, features, benefits and prices to effectively communicate with customers and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.
* Promote and sell the services of the Larry H. Miller dealership to existing and new customers.
* Establish customer relationships which foster trust, positive working experiences, repeat business and referral generation.
* Effectively communicate and pickup returns from customers in a time sensitive manner to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent service.
* Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
* Perform all job duties requested from management. Operate with integrity.

* Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.

* Maintain composure within the workplace and outside the workplace when representing the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies.
* Communicate and resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
* Report to work on time and maintain a reliable work schedule which fosters a dependable environment for customers and team members.
* Ensure safe operation and transportation of all vehicles at all times and adheres to all OSHA and LHM policy requirements

Job Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years sales experience.
* Computer literate. Desirable: working knowledge of Larry H. Miller Group's current company management systems.
* Excellent listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
* Driven and persistent personality that accepts challenges with enthusiasm.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work successfully in a team environment and build professional relationships with customers.
* Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
* Work performed in an office and shop setting.
* Exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.
* Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls.
* Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time.
* Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
* Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
* Ability to travel and work flexible schedule. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
