Tower Maintenance Team Member

Primary Responsibilities:
The Tower Maintenance Team Member is expected to:


* Protect the Legal, Financial and Moral well-being of the Company;
* Work with Facility Manager to ensure an environment that is safe and in good repair at the Jordan Commons facility;
* Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful;
* Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.

Primary Duties:

Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and maintenance.


* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to identify necessary repairs.
* Ensure building emergency systems are operational through in-house inspections and vendor maintenance contracts.
* Report all facility issues to the Facility Manager.
* Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
* Engineer retrofits and repairs
* Execute preventative maintenance program
* Snow removal and some ground keeping.
* Assist with grounds and parking issues
* All other tasks as assigned.

* Set an example of good attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
* Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments

Job Qualifications:


* High School Diploma and/or experience in a plant maintenance related field.
* Working knowledge of, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, grounds.
* Customer service skills.
* Proficient in lock out/tag out procedures and other safety precautions.
* High degree of attention to detail to perform facility inspections
* Professional communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Work performed in an office and outdoor settings.
* Exposure to custodial environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives. >li>Required to lift up to a minimum of 35 lbs.
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, walk and move about facilities.
* Required to work comfortably on ladders.
* To perform other duties as required.
* Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including Sundays and Holidays
