Job Summary:

The On-Call Assistant assists the Event Manager with event operations at the theater. They will be responsible for assisting with the set-up and tear down of the event suites, private buyouts and other theater sponsored events. He or she champions the company's Mission and Vision, and models the company Values.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

* Protect the legal and financial assets at the LHM Group of Companies
* Continually teach associates new and better ways of doing business with an emphasis on STEWARDSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, and GUEST SERVICE
* Set-up and tear down of private and theater sponsored events as directed by management.
* Represent the Company's interests when attending events on behalf of the theater events department
* Assist with cleanliness and maintenance for all kitchens and food preparation areas
* Follow correct sanitation procedures at all times.
* All other tasks as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

* Knowledge of basic word processing and computer skills
* Food Handlers and Sanitation certified
* The ability to follow instructions
* Experience working large scale events preferred

Supervision Received and Exercised

* Work under the direction of the Theater Event Manager.

* Must be able to make quick, sound decisions
* Must think and act rationally under pressure

Physical Demands

* Must be physically fit and able to lift 25 lbs.
* High levels of stress may be associated with this position
* Must stand on feet for entire shift

* Must be able to speak English
