2017 was a record year for new car sales, nationwide and with the stock market nearing and breaking old record highs we are anticipating a great 2018.

We were consistently short handed in 2017 and don't want to find ourselves in a similar situation in 2018.

That means opportunity for you! We are always looking for experienced salespeople and can supply them with plenty of internet leads and walk-in floor traffic, however, we are also looking for those who have no automotive or sales experience to join our training program. All of our managers who make well over 100k yearly started as rookies and with 55 dealerships there is plenty of room for growth! Our company supplies a hands on trainer five days a week, as well as eight experienced sales and finance managers to help you with training.

Job Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Desirable: 1+years of sales experience
* Computer literate. Desirable: working knowledge of Larry H. Miller Group's current company management systems
* Good organization skills
* Professional communication skills
* Detail oriented
* Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.

Physical Requirements:

* Work performed in an office and dealership settings due to the necessity to work with customers in person as well as coach and mentor employees in person.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time.
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers and move about facilities.
* Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
* Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
* Some travel required.
