Job Description





The Digital Media Specialist is a dynamic and evolving role which is responsible for the development and execution of the agency's digital media. The Digital Media Manager will provide strategic leadership and management of the agency's digital media initiatives.

The Digital Media Manager will serve as the lead for planning, management and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns. This position will own the relationship of integrating digital media with traditional and social media as well as other departments within the agency.

Responsibilities


* Day-to-day planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including display, video, mobile, search engine marketing and email.
* Manage all aspects of day-to-day digital and paid search campaigns, including strategy, planning, implementation, management, reporting and optimization
* Utilize DoubleClick, Google Adwords and other display networks/programmatic platforms
* Use Google Analytics to analyze traffic and make optimizations based on user behavior and ad relevance
* Understand business objectives of clients and translate to measureable and achievable goals attainable from digital marketing programs
* Research new tools and technologies to stay at the forefront of the latest developments in digital marketing and implement new digital media ideas and applications
* Integrate digital media strategies with traditional and social media as well as other departments within the agency to create cohesive marketing plans
* Generate campaign performance reports, providing analysis and execute on that analysis to ensure positive ROI where appropriate
* Establish new, and work with existing, key digital media vendors to maintain strong relationships and to stay on top of industry trends
* Participate in new business pitches
* Develop strong, positive relationships with other departments

Desired Skills and Experience


* 3+ years of experience with display, video, mobile and pay-per-click (PPC) search engine advertising and analytics
* Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Display Network, DoubleClick or similar management platforms
* High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines
* Demonstrated expertise in digital media planning/optimization tools and methodologies


* Experience with Google Tag Manager
* Ability to write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner
* Experience in the automotive and event based industry preferred
* Superior knowledge of Excel
* Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines
* Ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner with both coworkers and clients
* Google AdWords Certification required
* Education B.A./B.S degree in Business or Marketing preferred

Physical Requirements


* Ability to work in an open layout agency setting
* Required to be in-office during established business hours
* Regularly required to sit for long periods of time
