Customer Relations Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

The Customer Relations Specialist is expected to:


* Protect the Legal, Financial and Moral wellbeing of the company
* Collect payments on delinquent accounts.
* Communicate account information and negotiate payment plan with customers
* Adhere to Prestige's collection techniques, policies and procedures

Reports to: Assistant Vice President of Collections

Primary Duties:

Collect Delinquent Accounts


* Collect accounts from -2-9 days delinquent
* Build rapport with current customers

Manage portfolio


* Follow account handling requirements established by management
* Welcome new customers to Prestige
* Handing any accounts with lapsed Insurance
* Review and process paperwork (Extensions, Loan Edits, Due Date Changes)
* Review accounts worked with their AVP

Job Qualifications:


* High school diploma or the equivalent
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
* Excellent communication skills
* Detailed oriented
* Ability to use office equipment and computers
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Effective time management and ability to multi-task
* Collection experience is preferred, but not required

* Work performed in an office setting.
