Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

The Credit Resource Center Manager is expected to:

* Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Companies dealerships;
* Achieve sales and gross profit goals to develop business while meeting customer satisfaction standards;
* Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
* Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.

Primary Duties:

1. Maximum production, customer service and profitability.

* Effectively communicate with customers to ensure finance, credit life, accident, and health insurance is offered and processed accurately to meet customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
* Communicate incentives to sales personnel in accordance with dealership policies.
* Accurately maintain program to achieve maximum turnover to CRC Department through cooperation and communication of sales department.
* Ensure transit of contracts and collection of monies are processed efficiently to maintain accurate balances.
* Accurately prepare and maintain dealership sales and gross profit reports to communicate with management.

2. Develop Employees.

* Effectively recruit, hire, train and manage qualified team members to ensure best practices and processes are achieved.
* Maintain accurate job descriptions and communicate expectations with employees.
* Conduct weekly sales training meetings.
* Communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures.
* Be supportive, provide open work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and creativity.
* Conduct annual performance evaluations of staff.

3. Operate with integrity.

* Demand the highest ethical standards from self and others.
* Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of finance and management experience.
* Proficient knowledge of Larry H. Miller Group's current company management systems.
* Maintain a current F&I license.
* Good organization skills.
* Professional communication skills.
* Detail oriented.

Physical Requirements:

* Work performed in an office and dealership settings.
* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear and move about facilities.
* Required vision include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
* Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
* Perform other duties as required.

* Quality- the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
* Dependability- the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
* Safety and Security- the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
