Job Description

The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for the upkeep of the clubhouse and player's uniforms. The Attendant will have direct contact with players, coaches and others that work with the team.

Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

* Protect the moral, legal and financial well-being of the Company.
* Continually teach associates new and better ways of doing business with and emphasis on STEWARDSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, LEADERSHIP and GUEST SERVICE.
* Will launder all uniforms after games.
* Will clean any and all equipment used by teams.
* Will run errands for players.
* All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Must have excellent customer service skills.
* Friendly and positive attitude.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Supervision Received and Exercised:

* Managed by Clubhouse Supervisor
* No direct reports


* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent oral communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and be a team player.
* Must be available to work all home games as assigned.
* Must have an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
* Available to work flexible house including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands:

* Work under fast-paced, high-stress situations.
* Must be able to work under high levels of stress.
* Often required to work long hours and be available when needed or as business requires (including holidays, nights and weekends).
* Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
* Must have a current driver's license.
* Moderate to high levels of stress may be associated with this position.
* Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Language Skills:

* Must be able to communicate in English.
