Job Description

The Salt Lake Bees are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and are passionate about sports who can help add to the great atmosphere and fan experience at Smith's Ballpark. The Promotional Team plays a critical role in the Salt Lake Bees Marketing and Game Operations department. This role includes the execution of all game day promotions including on-field entertainment, contests, giveaways, off-site appearances and sponsorship fulfillment responsibilities. Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

* Participate in the planning and execution of theme nights.
* Improve the game day experience for all Salt Lake Bees fans through cheerful and helpful service.
* Distribution of promotional materials including giveaways, and Playball game programs.
* Lead fans & contestants in the execution on field promotions.
* Represent the Salt Lake Bees at off site events throughout the year.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Must have an outgoing, positive and engaging personality.
* Strong communication skills with both fans and teammates are critical.
* Applicant needs the ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Must be available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
* Have an understanding and interest in baseball.
* Foresee a career in sports.
* Bees Promotional Team Members are asked to work a minimum of 75% of the Bees home games from April -- September as well as various appearances throughout the community as scheduled.


* Bees Promotional Team Members are part of the Salt Lake Bees Marketing and Game Operations department and will report to the Game Operations and Marketing Manager.

Physical Demands

* Work takes place in fast paced environment.
* Often required to work long hours and be available when needed or as business requires (including holidays, nights and weekends).
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
* Must pass a background check.
