Work Hard, Play Hard

We work hard, and we work late, but it's satisfying.

We're ambitious about giving our guests the best film experience possible. This world-class service demands being fast paced and requires long hours of walking, standing and guest interaction. Employees consistently stay till midnight, or even 2:00am on weekends (or $5 Tuesdays). It's tough but meaningful work.

We hire champions of hard work. We are required to be available for three of the following days each week: Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Typically 1-2 Sundays per month). Our team members also work reduced hours on all major Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.).

With all that hard work we believe in having fun. We have awesome perks, including free movie tickets for every film, discounts on concessions, and perks through other Larry H. Miller entities (Bees, LHM Car Dealerships, Jazz, etc.) One of the best perks is working in a lively environment; both our guests and employees love to be here!

Available Positions

The availability of open jobs in each department fluctuates depending on business necessity. Please check the job posting title for the current open departments.


* Food Court - Our largest department. Those who work in the food court can expect a lot of guest service interaction, cash handling, making food, and cleaning.
* Floor Team - Arguably our most physically active department. This team quickly cleans each auditorium before the start of every film. They also ensure the cleanliness of our lobbies and restrooms, etc.
* Box Office -- Our smallest department. Team members in this department can expect to handle ticket sales, refunds, loading gift cards, and to be the main point of contact for guests at the theatre.
* General Team Member -- General Team Members participate in all functions of the three main departments. This position usually operates in our smaller locations.

Age Requirement and Working Late

Due to the hours of operation, all our employees must be at least 16 years old. According to the Department of Labor, at 16 years of age, youth may be employed for unlimited hours in any occupation other than one declared to be hazardous by the Secretary of Labor. The FLSA does not limit the number of hours or times of day for workers 16 years and older. www.dol.gov

Ticket Taker Positions

Our "ticket takers" are members of the Floor Team who check tickets at the podium and direct guests to their auditoriums. Very few team members perform this function, so we usually do not hire employees to work as only "ticket takers."
